| 2.1 | You may access and use CPD Tag in accordance with its Terms and Conditions, including viewing, downloading, saving, printing and sharing reports, certificates and other documents using the facilities provided by the platform. |
| 2.2 | Nothing in this notice restricts your rights to use content that you own or are otherwise authorised to use. Downloading or generating a document through CPD Tag does not transfer ownership of any third-party intellectual property included in that document. |
